1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Bequesta ("we", "us", "our") and any person ("you", "the participant") who enquires about or enrols in our programmes. By contacting us or proceeding with enrolment, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

Bequesta operates from 66 Sirimangkalajarn Road, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. Our contact email is [email protected] and our telephone is +66 2 648 3092.

2. Nature of Our Services

Bequesta provides education, organisation guidance, and facilitated conversation support relating to estate and inheritance matters. Our programmes are intended to help individuals and families gather records, understand general processes, and communicate more clearly with one another and with qualified specialists.

Our programmes do not constitute and must not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind. We do not draft, prepare, or review documents. We do not represent or act on behalf of any participant in any matter. We are an education and organisation support service only.

For any matter requiring professional guidance — including the preparation of wills, trusts, tax returns, or estate administration — you should consult a qualified specialist who is appropriately registered for the relevant regulated activity.

3. Programme Descriptions

We offer the following programmes:

Personal Records Companion — ฿3,600

A guided companion and templates that help you gather and label your important records and contacts in one orderly place. This is an organisation aid only. Nothing within this programme is valued, advised upon, or drafted on your behalf.

Plain-Language Information Series — ฿5,900

A short educational series explaining, in everyday terms, how estate and inheritance matters are generally organised and where official answers can be found. Content is general and informational. Qualified specialists are recommended for any personal next steps.

Family Legacy Conversation Programme — ฿9,500

A facilitated programme supporting families in discussing memories, wishes, and the location of records — gently and together. The focus is on conversation, connection, and organisation, not on decisions. This programme does not advise or draft on any participant's behalf.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed when we issue written confirmation and the applicable programme fee has been received. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and will communicate any changes before confirming enrolment.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of confirmation. We accept the payment methods specified in our confirmation correspondence. Receipts are issued on request.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your enrolment, please notify us as early as possible at [email protected]. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

  • Cancellation with more than 14 days' notice: full refund
  • Cancellation with 7–14 days' notice: 50% refund
  • Cancellation with fewer than 7 days' notice: no refund, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to engage with our programmes in good faith and to use any materials, templates, or information provided for personal organisation purposes only. Materials provided as part of our programmes are for individual use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared commercially without our written permission.

You are responsible for seeking independent professional guidance where regulated matters are involved. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on programme content.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, guides, and content provided as part of our programmes remain the intellectual property of Bequesta unless otherwise stated. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own organisation purposes during and after the programme.

The content on our website, including text, layout, and design, is the property of Bequesta and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Bequesta's liability in connection with any programme is limited to the fee paid for that programme. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation or reliance on any information shared.

Our programmes are educational and organisational in nature. Any steps taken by participants based on programme content are taken at their own discretion and responsibility.

9. Privacy and Data

Personal information shared with us during enrolment or programme participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take the care of personal data seriously and comply with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to inform existing participants. Continued engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
