Our Programmes
Three programmes, one considered purpose
Each Bequesta programme addresses a distinct need — from gathering personal records to understanding how estate matters work, to having the family conversations that are most easily postponed.

How Bequesta programmes work
Each programme begins with a conversation — either directly with a Bequesta team member, or through a self-guided introduction — to establish what a participant already knows, what they are unsure about, and where the most useful starting point lies.
From there, the programme proceeds at a pace that reflects the participant's availability and comfort. There is no fixed attendance schedule that cannot be adjusted, and no expectation that sensitive material will be processed quickly.
All materials are written in plain English and reviewed for clarity by non-specialist readers before being used in programmes. Where Thai administrative terminology appears, it is always accompanied by a plain-language explanation.
Every programme concludes with a structured review and a set of materials the participant keeps. Qualified specialists are recommended whenever a matter falls within a regulated or professional domain.

Programme 3
Family Legacy Conversation Programme
฿9,500
A facilitated programme that helps families discuss memories, wishes, and where records are kept, gently and together. The focus is conversation, connection, and organisation, not decisions. It prepares families to engage qualified specialists with clarity, and does not advise or draft.
- Facilitated sessions for two or more family members together
- Conversation guides covering memories, wishes, and record locations
- A shared family summary of what was discussed and where things stand
- Guidance on which specialist types to engage for next steps
How it works
Pre-programme conversation to understand the family's situation and goals
Two to four facilitated family sessions, paced and scheduled to suit
Between-session reflection and preparation materials for participants
Shared summary document and specialist referral notes for the family
